W/E Jan 12: The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

Busy week for the little man...

The Good: We had the weekend away camping, and Dudes had a blast running wild, swimming and generally being outdoors. He also had a kick-arse sleep on the Saturday night, much to the joy of the surrounding campers.

The Bad: Did I mention we had the weekend away camping? And that Dudes is testing boundaries at the moment? Scenario: at the campsite, we had basically 270 degrees of grass around us, and a narrow area that led to the road. Guess where Van wanted to go? If you guessed grass, guess again. The thing is, he knew that the road was off limits and yet, probably for this very reason, this was where he wanted to go. We spent a large portion of Sunday afternoon diverting him away from the road. Not cool Dudes, not cool.

The Ugly: Van has taken to putting his food in his hair. Not sure why, but when he decides he's done with dinner, his signal is that it goes in his hair. Avocado does not come out easily.
